Withdrawal Register

What this page is. Speakers whose recordings appear in a Princep dataset may withdraw their consent at any time. When they do, the affected material is listed here. This register is the notice referred to in Section 7.4 of the Data Licence Agreement.

What licensees must do

If you hold a licence to a Princep dataset you must check this page no less than once each calendar quarter. Within thirty (30) days of material appearing here you must delete it from every copy of the dataset in your possession, exclude it from all subsequent training, fine-tuning and evaluation runs, and confirm in writing to Princep that you have done so.

Your obligation runs from the date an entry is published here, not from any separate notice. You are not required to retrain, roll back or withdraw a model that was already trained before the entry appeared, and Princep will not ask you to.

Current entries

No withdrawals have been recorded to date. This page is live and monitored; it is updated on the day a withdrawal is actioned. An empty register means no speaker has withdrawn consent, not that the register is unmaintained.

Withdrawing consent

If you took part in a Princep recording session and want your recording withdrawn, write to info@princep.io. You do not need to give a reason. We will remove the recording from the datasets we distribute, list it here, and notify licensees through this register.
